Potential Crops by province

Geography is the fundamental of food cultivation from leafy greens, cruciferous veggies to the root kinds. Tropicam has been reaching to some areas from selected potential provinces including soil, irrigation system and weather which are best fit for specific types of vegetables.

Currently we have started with some key provinces such as Kandal, Takeo, Kampong Speu, Kampot, Kampong Chhnang, Kampong Cham, Prey Veng, Kratie, Mondulkiri and Battambang where we have learned that each prospective province will produce best quality vegetables to meet the market needs.

Our Background

Tropicam Fruit and Vegetable Co., Ltd., one of the leading agricultural companies in Cambodia, was established in 2019 by Intergenerational Cambodian with the commitment to the development of sustainable food safety.

In the same year, Tropicam launched its first business, Piseth Brand Yellow Banana, which originated in Kampot province. Tropicam then added another business, Piseth Brand Safety Vegetables in 2020, including working with stakeholders in the vegetable production chain in a partnership mechanism between government, private sector and producers. Tropicam was officially registered with the Ministry of Commerce in January 28, 2020.

How it all started

Its started in 2019 to supply Cambodian fruits & vegetables in retail and wholesale markets.

Since then

Tropicam has developed its qualification monthly with concrete structure to focus on Cambodia agriculture potential crops and management style as serving, sharing and giving from bottom up to provide good quality of products and services.

In 2020

It has contributed/ helped some parts in society through its main businesses on safety agriculture products with long-term tangible strategies through 4P mechanism (Public, Private and Producers Partnership), especially in the second business started in 2020 to collect safety vegetables and fruits from producers as farmers, clusters and agricultural cooperatives with contract farming and supply to consumers and clients by promoting the safe vegetables and fruits valued chain aligned with Cam-GAP standards.
